Telegraph centralises digital operations
Telegraph Media Group (TMG) is to bring all digital operations under former AOL executive Mike Moore who takes the title general manager (digital).
He joined TMG eight months ago and will be tasked with driving TMG’s monetisation strategy for digital content. He currently holds the title executive director of consumer markets and was involved with the appointment of Adam & Eve and Amp as TMG’s advertising and direct marketing agencies.
He will also oversee digital marketing, communities and syndication. At AOL Moore held the title head of monetisation services for Europe.
CRM and Enterprises will move into Dave King’s commercial department and newspaper promotional marketing will move to Steve McLaughlin’s newspaper sales Department.
TMG is shortly to relaunch its MyTelegraph online community site.
The Daily Telegraph has just reported an average net circulation for April of 871,598, down 0.29 per cent month on month and 2.68 per cent year on year.
