Patrick Ugeux, project director for Kangaroo, has left ITV to join Chellomedia.

Ugeux joins as VP of corporate development for the global media company which produces and distributes programmes and channels.

He was previously project director for Kangaroo, the joint venture on-demand service from ITV, Channel 4 and BBC Worldwide and shareholder representative for the project.
