Fallon creates £6m Orange campaign
Fallon has developed a £6 million advertising campaign promoting the Pay As You Go options for mobile operator Orange’s Animal packages.
The campaign embraces television, press, outdoor and online activity and launches next Monday (19 May).
Orange introduced Pay As You Go initiatives for the Dolphin, Raccoon, Canary and Camel packages last month and this is the first campaign to highlight these options. It is set in Buenos Aires and depicts a sunny morning in a train station. Two trains arrive to meet a throng of people waiting to climb on board.
The train doors open to release thousands of animal shaped orange balloons that soar through the crowds and into the air. The people start playing with the Animal balloons and picking the one they like best.
The ad is soundtracked by the song Hummingbird performed by Canadian band Born Ruffians.
Director of brand marketing at orange Justin Billingsley said: “This campaign highlights how everybody is different and that our Animal packages let our Pay As You Go customers choose the reward that best suits them.”
