Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw has hired Graeme Noble as digital creative director to bolster its new integrated digital offering.

Noble joins the agency from Tullo Marshall Warren (TMW), where he was interactive creative group head.

During his time at TMW, he helped develop the agency into its top 20 digital agency position, establishing a strong reputation for creating impactful, multimedia campaigns for clients such as T-Mobile and Diageo.

In his new role, Noble will work closely with Kitcatt Nohr creative partner Paul Kitcatt and creative director Phil Keevill. He will also work on digital strategy with joint planning director Lazar Dzamic.

Noble comments: "I'm excited to be joining Kitcatt Nohr because of its strong creative values, talented team and varied client base. I'm looking forward to growing the digital team and helping Kitcatt Nohr push the boundaries with its digital strategy."

Kitcatt adds: "Graeme shares our belief in the importance of the 'big idea' and taking a neutral approach to media channels.

"This common ground, combined with his digital experience and rounded under- standing of creating integrated campaigns, made him the ideal candidate."
